The Role: Product Manager - Ad Platform

Responsibilities

* Leading the product lifecycle of the advertising platform including definition, design, launch and maintenance phases.
* Gathering, tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to provide explanations for significant changes and drive overall business growth.
* Collecting and analyzing data to influence feature prioritization decisions and product roadmaps.
* Developing specific near term product plans and longer term product milestones that deliver on the overall business objectives.
* Initiating and prioritizing projects within engineering, QA; tracking product development; developing product launch plans.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of product management in Internet consumer space.
* Resume with proven innovative, revenue generating product launches.
* Exceptional written and oral communication.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to details.
* Enthusiastic, performance driven self-starter and a team player.
* Strong product & project management skills.
* Proven experience managing complex projects to successful completion.

Preferred:

* Understanding dynamics of online advertising, media planning and buying, and ad serving systems.
* Experience with agile software development.
* Previous start-up experience.
* BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
