The Ads and Payments Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining hi5's suite of ad and payment products.
We're seeking several new Ads and Payments Software Engineers, at varying levels of experience, to build out the team. You will help create a self-serve advertising solution as well as an innovative payment platform. Our Engineers are excellent problem solvers and are passionate about building great software for an audience of millions of users every day.

Responsibilities:

· Code high-volume software primarily using Java.
· Design and implement large scale, real time, high traffic advertising platform.
· Create an innovative payments system
· Implement web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Requirements:

· B.S. Computer Science or related field.
· Knowledge of Java and/or C++.
· Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and Javascript.
· Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
· Enthusiasm for solving difficult problems
· Passion for developing great user interfaces
· Interest in ad server technology and auction algorithms
