Our User Acquisition team is working on new ways to improve, attract, and retain new users to hi5. Ideal candidates will be driven with the challenge of coming up with new and creative ways to improve hi5's user acquisition methodology. As a member of our team, you will be involved with idea generation, implementation and analysis of new viral techniques and methodologies to help grow hi5's user base. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both software engineers and product managers specializing in this area.

Responsibilities:

* Design, analysis and implementation of new techniques to attract new users
* Analyzing and interpreting data of the entire user acquisition lifecycle
* Rapid idea generation and prototyping

Requirements:

* B.S. Computer Science or related field.
* Several years of software development experience.
* Expertise in Java and/or C++.
* Expertise in XHTML, CSS, and Javascript.
* Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
* Enthusiasm for solving difficult problems.
* Passion for developing great user interfaces.

Preferred:

* Experience in end-to-end java web application development.
* Experience developing high-volume server applications.
